Return Policy
We hope you love your selections as much as we loved designing them. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly offer you a refund for most of our merchandise within 30 days from purchasing products.

momi+RO does not accept returns on items purchased from the Beaded Boutique Collection.
Returns + Restocking Fees
Contiguous US
All items from the Beaded Boutique are final sale and non-returnable. All items picked up from your home by one of our preferred carriers will be subject to a 20% restocking fee, and all FedEx (parcel) item returns will be subject to a $20 fee per return label. All return restocking fees will be deducted from your refund.
Items cancelled in transit will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Hawaii & Alaska
All items from the Beaded Boutique are final sale and non-returnable. All FedEx (parcel) item returns will be subject to a $45 fee per return label from Hawaii and Alaska. All return restocking fees will be deducted from your refund.

Canada
All items delivered to Canada are final sale and non-returnable.
